Here is the TechBaton being used by Senior Instructor Terry Rich at a training seminar in NC. Note
the Pressure Point application on the subject's right occipitalis muscle. In layman's terms the muscles at the back of the
neck are being pressurized as well as the bent wrist armlock to keep subject in down position
